This combines the kanji arrow and the vocab word 印 (mark), to give us the type of arrow you use for pointing at things (as opposed to firing at things). It could be an arrow on a sign, or on piece of paper, or a document or whatever. We can just call it an arrow, or an arrow symbol.
The reading is 矢 and 印 put together into one. The 印 is like the actual vocab word 印, but watch out for rendaku changing it from しるし to じるし.
