Seeking Workers, Help Wanted, Job Offer

When you're requesting people, you're doing recruitment. This can be used to mean everything from seeking workers to a job offer, to the "help wanted" column in a newspaper.
きゅうじん
This is a jukugo word, which usually means on'yomi readings from the kanji. Since 人 has two on'yomi readings, here's a mnemonic to help you remember which one to use:
As you're looking at recruitment posters, you notice they're all looking for people with cucumbers and jeans (きゅうじん). That's the only qualification they're after, cucumbers and jeans.
