Harvest
Fruits
noun
Remember how 実る means "to bear fruit"? This is just the noun version of that word, so it means harvest. (A nice harvest is what you get when your crops literally bear fruit!)
Literally speaking, 実り refers to fruit and crops that are ripe and ready to be harvested. It's a bit old-fashioned and poetic, but you might see it in phrases like 実りの秋 (the fruitful season of autumn). Like the verb version 実る, it's more often used figuratively nowadays to refer to the fruits of hard work.
This is just the noun version of the verb 実る, which you've already learned how to read, so you should be good to go here!
