Looking At
Seeing, Watching
noun, expression
ご覧 is the polite noun form of 見る and means looking at, seeing, or watching. It's often paired with 〜になる, as in ご覧になる, which is a respectful way to describe someone else's 見る action.
Some other common phrases you might hear are ご覧ください (please take a look) or ご覧のとおり (as you can see). They're formal but common in polite speech, such as in customer service or business presentations. ご覧 can even be used on its own as a gentle command, like ほら、そこをご覧 ("Hey, look over there").
